Our room wasn't very clean, bed linens were dirty.

This hotel is and has been used hard. Carpets could use a very good deep cleaning. Worst LaQuinta breakfast I’ve ever had.

Our overall stay was just okay, but fell short of "resort" standards. We paid extra for a ground-floor patio room facing the pool. At check-in, our room wasn't ready. While waiting, we were able to use the pool and got a margarita, which was nice. However, once in the room, it felt rushed—items like lotion weren't filled, and the patio door was left unlocked. The biggest issues were enforcement, cleanliness, and service: Smoking Policy: Our neighbors smoked on their patio constantly. We reported it multiple times, but the non-smoking policy was never enforced, preventing us from enjoying our private patio at night. Pool Maintenance: While the pool itself is really nice, trash, food, and drinks were left lying around. People left containers on the in-pool tables, which ended up floating in the pool water. Value & Service: We were surprised to be charged per day for parking in their lot. Given the issues we experienced, we requested a late check-out, but the front desk said they were too fully booked. Margaritaville missed a clear opportunity to make things right.
